What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

What You Will Do

•Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget, and schedule.
•Lead a team of developers, including reviewing pull requests from junior and mid-level developers before merging.
•Take ownership of both frontend and backend development, architectural design, and resolving complex technical issues.
•Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React on the frontend and Golang on the backend.
•Prepare and manage comprehensive technical and user documentation.
•Research, propose, and implement new technologies to improve system architecture and development processes.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong proficiency in Golang and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Strong proficiency in React.js and Golang backend frameworks (Gin, Echo, or Fiber), with solid RESTful API design skills.
Good working experience with MongoDB and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Deep understanding of OOP, concurrency patterns, algorithms & data structures
proficient with Git.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
