About This Role

We're hiring a Front-End Developer to work with one of our clients in the banking sector. You'll be shaping the digital experience that customers interact with daily: designing and building web interfaces that are fast, accessible, and polished across every device. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to turn requirements into clean, user-centered designs. •Partner with business stakeholders to define look, feel, and UX requirements.
•Build responsive, accessible web interfaces that work seamlessly on desktop and mobile.
•Write reusable, scalable front-end code and maintain design consistency across the product.
•Optimize page performance to ensure fast, smooth user experiences.
•Translate business requirements into clean, user-centered designs and communicate decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

5+ years of professional front-end development experience with strong Angular skills.
Solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and server-side SCSS.
An eye for design — layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and tools like Adobe Illustrator.
Hands-on experience building responsive/adaptive interfaces with SEO best practices in mind.
Clear communicator with a self-driven mindset and a track record of delivering on commitments.
Bonus: Experience in banking or financial services, especially credit customer journeys.

10. How We Work:

•This is a hybrid role based in Helsinki. You'll come into the office 2–3 days per week — enough to stay connected with the team — and work the rest of the time remotely. Core hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break built into the day. We find this rhythm gives people the focus time they need while keeping collaboration strong.
