About This Role

We're urgently looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a team building software that matters: digital solutions in the healthcare space. You'll work across the full stack with React and TypeScript at the core, contributing to products used by healthcare professionals in their daily work. This role suits someone who takes ownership, writes thoughtful code, and understands that in healthcare, reliability isn't optional.

•Build and maintain fullstack features across React/TypeScript frontend and backend APIs.
•Work with databases and data modeling using Redis and MongoDB.
•Collaborate on architecture decisions and ship production-ready, reliable healthcare software.
•Write and maintain tests to ensure quality across the stack.
•Contribute to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

5+ years of senior-level fullstack experience with React and TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with fullstack React frameworks such as Next.js or React Router.
Solid REST API development and database skills (Redis, MongoDB).
Frontend discipline: Tailwind, accessibility standards, and testing tools (Vitest, Playwright).
Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tooling: Terraform, Azure, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.
Bonus: Experience in the healthcare domain or knowledge of FHIR/healthcare data standards.

10. How We Work:

•This is a hybrid role based in Helsinki. You'll come into the office 2–3 days per week — enough to stay connected with the team — and work the rest of the time remotely. Core hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break built into the day. We find this rhythm gives people the focus time they need while keeping collaboration strong.
