About This Role

This role enables organizations to move from experimentation to scalable GenAI adoption, using agentic architectures as a foundation for advanced automation and decision-support systems.

What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

What You Will Do

•Design and implement agentic GenAI architectures, including:
•Multi-agent collaboration (planner, executor, verifier, tool agents)
•Task decomposition and orchestration
•Build end-to-end GenAI systems using large language models (LLMs)
•Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines on top of structured and unstructured data
•Integrate GenAI agents with:
•Data pipelines and analytics platforms
•Enterprise APIs and backend systems
•Ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for:
•Scalability
•Security and data privacy
•Observability and maintainability
•Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

1. Seniority Expectation:

5+ years of experience in software or data engineering
1–2 years of hands-on experience delivering real GenAI solutions (production or advanced PoC)
GenAI / Agentic Systems
Hands-on experience building agent-based GenAI systems

2. Experience with at least one agent framework, such as:

LangGraph
LangChain Agents
AutoGen
CrewAI

3. Strong understanding of:

Tool-calling / function-calling patterns
Agent planning and execution loops
Context and memory management
Data Engineering
Strong Python skills
Experience working with data-heavy workloads

4. Solid understanding of:

SQL and data modeling
Data pipelines (batch and/or streaming)
Experience integrating AI solutions with real enterprise data sources
Cloud & Engineering
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

5. Familiarity with:

Containerization (Docker)
CI/CD pipelines
API-based system design

6. Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure OpenAI Service
Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
Exposure to LLMOps / MLOps practices
Background in software architecture or distributed systems
