For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Tekai acts as the data controller for personal data described in this policy unless we state otherwise.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate our systems (such as hosting, email, and applicant tracking), and with clients or internal reviewers involved in evaluating your candidacy. Because Tekai operates across Vietnam and Europe, your data may be accessed from both regions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Application data is typically retained for the recruitment process and for a limited period afterward unless you consent to longer talent-pool retention or we are required to keep records longer for legal reasons.
