What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

We are looking for an experienced C# Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate has solid hands-on experience with C#, Azure services, and SQL databases, and is passionate about writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
You will collaborate closely with international teammates to enhance existing systems, build new services, and ensure reliability and performance across our software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using C# on the .NET platform.
Integrate and optimize solutions using Azure services, understanding their benefits, limitations, and best use cases.
Work with SQL databases, contributing to both schema design and query optimization.
Understand, maintain, and enhance existing codebases, ensuring clean architecture and performance.
Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate effectively with multinational teams in an agile development environment.
Take an active, solution-oriented approach, contributing ideas and improvements to projects.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
5+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET development.
Hands-on experience with React (hooks, components, state management).
Strong knowledge of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.).
Proficiency with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
A testing mindset — experience with unit/integration testing and quality assurance practices.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in international teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Familiarity with microservices, event-driven architectures, or API integrations.
Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) or DevOps practices.

Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of problem-solving.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to code quality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills across Dev, Sec, and Ops teams.
Good command of English (spoken and written).

4. LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

•Location: Dong Do Apartment Building, Nghia Do Street, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi.
•Working days: 5 days per week, 7.5 working hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (including a 1.5-hour lunch break). Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays.
