What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, customers, and partners on end-to-end AI projects.
Translate business and operational needs into effective AI and solution architectures.
Design, build, and deploy modern ML/AI models, primarily focused on state-of-the-art computer vision.
Apply contemporary CV techniques such as deep learning, foundation models, transfer learning, and self-/weakly-supervised approaches.
Validate and test models to ensure robustness and reliability in production settings.
Contribute to data pipelines and scalable data collection and annotation processes.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

1. Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision.
Strong programming skills in Python, experience with Linux and Git.
Solid experience with PyTorch or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
Proven track record of taking ML models from research to production.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset.
Passion for applied AI and continuous learning in emerging CV technologies.

2. Core Technical Skills

Computer Vision: object detection, segmentation, visual anomaly/defect detection.
Deep Learning: CNNs, modern vision architectures, transfer learning, fine-tuning.
ML Engineering: end-to-end ML pipelines, model evaluation, deployment, and MLOps basics.
Applied AI: designing robust CV systems under real-world constraints.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English (preferred TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.5+)
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

4. LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

•Location: Dong Do Apartment Building, Nghia Do Street, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi.
•Working days: 5 days per week, 7.5 working hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (including a 1.5-hour lunch break). Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays.
