What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

Design, develop, and maintain production-grade iOS applications using Swift and Xcode.
Build and optimize on-device machine learning features using CoreML, CreateML, and Foundation Models.
Implement and improve voice and speech-based functionalities, including speech recognition and synthesis.
Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, privacy, and user experience.
Participate in planning, code reviews, and technical discussions, taking ownership of delivered features.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

1. Require

6–8 years of professional experience in iOS development.
Strong proficiency in Swift, Xcode, and Swift Package Manager with experience shipping iOS apps to production.
Hands-on experience with on-device ML using CoreML and related Apple frameworks.
Solid experience with AVAudioSession, SFSpeechRecognizer, AVSpeechSynthesizer, and voice-based UIs.
Good understanding of NLP concepts and applying them in real-world mobile products.
Strong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindset.
Clear communicator, comfortable working in cross-functional and distributed teams.

2. Nice to Have

Experience building AI-driven or voice-first applications.
Familiarity with iOS accessibility and performance optimization.
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth product environments.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills in English (preferred TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.5+)
Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

4. LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

•Location: Dong Do Apartment Building, Nghia Do Street, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi.
•Working days: 5 days per week, 7.5 working hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (including a 1.5-hour lunch break). Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays.
