What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Take ownership of mobile architecture, code quality, and performance optimization.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
Lead technical discussions and propose improvements for application architecture and development workflows.
Review pull requests and mentor junior and mid-level developers to ensure best practices.
Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, authentication systems, and third-party services.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and architectural challenges.
Ensure applications follow clean architecture, maintainability, and scalability principles.
Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of development processes.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

5+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong experience in Flutter / Dart.
Deep understanding of Flutter framework, widgets lifecycle, rendering pipeline, and performance optimization.
Experience designing scalable mobile architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM, Modular architecture).
Strong experience with state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or similar).
Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and third-party SDKs.
Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Proficient with Git workflows and code review practices.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus.
Experience publishing and maintaining apps on App Store and Google Play is a plus.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of deliverables.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience mentoring or guiding other developers is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English (preferred TOEIC 750+ or IELTS 6.5+)
