What You Will Do

Your key responsibilities in this role

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for various software applications and environments.
Have experience with network architect design.
Have experience with system architect design.
Automate software deployment, configuration, and maintenance processes.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Develop and maintain monitoring systems to guarantee high availability and performance for applications.
Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them.
Stay up-to-date on emerging DevOps technologies and best practices.
Document processes and procedures for clear communication and knowledge transfer.
Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences (excellent English communication skills are a must.

What We Are Looking For

Required skills and qualifications

Technical Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Proven experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
Excellent scripting skills (Bash, Python, Golang).
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills.
Have experience with system architect design.

4. LOCATION & WORKING HOURS

•Location: Dong Do Apartment Building, Nghia Do Street, Nghia Do Ward, Hanoi.
•Working days: 5 days per week, 7.5 working hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (including a 1.5-hour lunch break). Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese public holidays.
